This qualification is intended for junior managers of small organisations, junior managers of business units in medium and large organisations, or those for aspiring to these positions. Junior managers include team leaders, supervisors, foremen and section heads aspiring to these positions.

Communication NQF Level 2 and Maths Literacy NQF Level 2
Minimum Requirements
A pass in all modules – student allowed to carry only two modules from one semester to the next semester

- The National Certificate in Public Administration: Level 4
Assessment of Programme
Assessment is conducted as both a Formative Assessment and a Summative Assessment. The Formative Assessment is covered as continuous assessment tests and compilation of a Portfolio of Evidence by the student. The Summative Assessment takes place as a national summative exam for first and second semesters. It is compulsory for all students to complete work integrated learning for completion of the programme
